Brussels, 19 July 2023, dtt-net.com – The EU mediator Miroslav Lajcak today had separate meetings in Brussels with Kosovo and Serbia officials, but no breakthrough was announced as the two sides continue their disagreements over the implementation plan of February 27 verbal deal which has at its core calls for an autonomous body for Kosovan Serb minority.
