Skopje, 17 January 2023, dtt-net.com – Talks between North Macedonia’s governing parties and the Alliance for Albanians (ASh) for entering the government by the second are still ongoing, but so far no deal is reached, as the first continues seeking two-third of votes in the 120-seat parliament to make constitutional changes imposed by Bulgaria for EU membership negotiations.
