Skopje, 24 June 2025, dtt-net.com – The governing coalition in North Macedonia today approved a draft-law on “Appropriate and Fair Representation” in the public sector, after the Constitutional Court last year annulled the so-called “balancer” mechanism aimed at proportional employment based on ethnicity.
Opposition Albanian parties are against draft-law of today, which is not made public by the government yet, and say that changes will cause harm to the percentage of Albanians employment in the public sector.
