Skopje, 30 August 2023 – The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Minister of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia, Bujar Osmani, today had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russia Sergey Lavrov, and called on Moscow to immediately end military aggression against Ukraine.
