Prishtina, 04 July 2025, dtt-net.com – Kosovo prosecution announced today an indictment on an outgoing minister on charges of abuse of office, saying that he and his secretary caused damage to the state budget to more than 1 million euros.
According to the indictment, Fikrim Damka and the Secretary of the Ministry, Besim Kamberaj, have exceeded the limits of financing two NGOs from public funds without a public call in breach of the law.
