Prishtina, 26 August 2025, dtt-net.com – Two members of Kosovo’s Vetevendosje (LVV) party of the caretaker Prime Minister Albin Kurti today filed a complaint to the Supreme Court after election appeal body ordered certification of Serb List party for October municipal elections.
Central Election Commission (CEC) last week did not approve Serb List certification, but the voting result was annulled by Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) citing breach of laws, which made the LVV complain to the court hoping to ban the Serbia-party participation in October 12 elections.
