Podgorica, 28 August 2026, dtt-net.com – The President of Montenegro today signed decrees on amended Law on the State Prosecutor's Office and to the Law on the Special State Prosecutor's Office, adopted two days ago by the parliamentary majority and contested by the opposition.
Jakov Milatovic also decreed Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility; Law on Amendments to the Water Act; Law on the Provision of Safe Water for Human Consumption and Law on Amendments to the Law on Waste Management. with the voting taking place without members of opposition who contest changes sponsored by the government.
