Pro-Russia leader of Serbs in Bosnia insists on changes over top court as precondition for other EU-set reforms

Sarajevo, 10 November 2023, dtt-net.com – The pro-Russia President of Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Milorad Dodik, insists on making changes over composition and decision-making in the Constitutional Court first, in order country’s central institutions can proceed with other reforms needed for closer ties with the European Union.
