Sarajevo, 23 August 2023, dtt-net.com – Ministers from Republic of Srpska (RS) entity in the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) today have sent proposals designed by their pro-Russia leader, Milorad Dodik, on the future composition and decision-making rules of the Constitutional Court – whose rulings at the moment the entity doesn’t implement in its territory – and which Bosniak politicians have said they will not support.
