Belgrade, 16 July 2026, dtt-net.com – Five people, including two police officers, are arrested in Serbia, on charges of migrant smuggling, following a cooperation with Bulgarian authorities and EU’s police office (Europol).
Europol said today that the network is suspected of involvement in smuggling illegal migrants through Bulgaria and Serbia to the western european countries during January-July 2026.
