Belgrade, 25 June 2025, dtt-net.com – The prosecution of Serbia said six people are arrested today, including a 20-year-old student two days ago, on suspicion of aiming to violently overthrow country’s constitutional order, as tensions between the leadership and protesting students are looming further in the country.
“By order of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, a total of six persons were arrested today due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that they committed the criminal offense of Preparation of an offense against the constitutional order and security of Serbia from Article 320 in connection with Article 309 of the Criminal Code,” the prosecution office in Belgrade said.
The six and the student are ordered a 48-hour detention…
