Belgrade, 16 July 2025, dtt-net.com – Police of Serbia said it found and seized today at a border crossing with Croatia 105.5 kg of marijuana and 2.3 kilograms of cocaine in a truck trailer and arrested driver as suspect.
“Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Belgrade, in cooperation with the Border Police Directorate and the Police Directorate in Sremska Mitrovica, on the orders of the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Sremska Mitrovica, arrested J. N. (1987) at the Batrovci Border Crossing at the entrance to the Republic of Serbia, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs,” Serbia’s interior ministry said.
