Brussels, 19 June 2023, dtt-net.com – EU’s chief of diplomacy has invited Kosovan premier and Serbian president to come to Brussels “without preconditions” for a “crisis meeting” in Brussels this week, to de-escalate ongoing tensions in Serb-predominantly northern Kosovan municipalities, but the two leaders are still undecided whether to attend or not.
