Prishtina, 22 December 2023, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, today outlined his seven point plan for “normalization” of relations with Serbia next year, which includes his readiness to write a new draft-statute for what is named ‘Association of Serb-majority Municipalities (ASM)’ after the EU mediator Miroslav Lajcak’s statement that the statute of for autonomous body is “internal document of Kosovo”, while reiterating his calls for signing of February ‘basic agreement’ with Belgrade and its Implementation Annex eventually in March 2024 when a new EU Summit takes place.
