Brussels, 08 July 2026, dtt-net.com – EU member states today continued to remain divided on the recent push by the European Commission (EC) and a some of governments to open more negotiating chapters in stalled accession talks since 2021, as a group of six states opposed the attempt, dtt-net.com learns.
EU diplomatic sources familiar with the meeting of permanent representatives of 27 member states confirmed that no agreement was reached today to open cluster 3 with Serbia on July 14.
