Serbia’s PM and mayor of Novi Sad resign

Belgrade, 28 January 2025, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of Serbia, Miloš Vučević, and the mayor of Novi Sad town, Milan Đurić, both from the ruling Progressive Party (SNS) controlled by President Aleksandar Vučić, today resigned from their posts, amid ongoing and growing protests of students following tragic accident of November when eave collapse at town’s train station killed fifteen people, including a student.
