Kyiv, 15 July 2026, dtt-net.com – Putin-friendly President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, today in Kyiv refused to sign a joint declaration between Ukraine and nine countries of Southeastern Europe, which condemns Russia’s ongoing military aggression and calls Moscow to end the war, withdrawal of its forces from the occupied Ukrainian territories, including support to Ukraine’s aspirations for membership in the western-military alliance.
