Summoned Serbia minister suspected of wrongdoing over former army’s HQ shows up in front of prosecution office without fixed appointment

Belgrade, 02 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Serbia’s Minister of Culture today went to the prosecutor’s office, but the questioning did not take place as no appointment was fixed for today after he refused to be there on Friday when summoned for questioning over the case of forged documentation by officials removing the building of former army’s headquarters from cultural heritage list to pave the way for hotel project by Donald Trump’s son-in-law. Minister Nikola Selakovic took pro-government media with him and went to the doors of the prosecution against organized crime asking for prosecutors some 15 minutes end of working hours but was told by the security that prosecutors of the case were not present.
