Prishtina, 10 November 2025, dtt-net.com – Tensions have erupted between Albanian political opponents in Mitrovica South northern municipality after allegations made by an opposition party of mayoral runoff election irregularity.
The verification of votes in Mitrovica South is interrupted late Monday, after the Democratic Party (PDK) alleged irregularity with serial numbers of dozens of voting ballots so far, during the verification process of Sunday’s preliminary results announced by the Central Election Commission (CEC).
