Podgorica, 16 May 2025, dtt-net.com – The businessman of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Mohamed Alabbar, says he has decided to abandon recent plans for tourism and real estate investment at Great Beach of Montenegro’s southern town of Ulcinj, following the refusal of the municipal authorities and local inhabitants, but says is still interested in projects in other coastal and remote areas in the Western Balkans country.
