Prishtina, 29 January 2024, dtt-net.com – The USA Ambassador, Jeff Hovenier, today went to the Kosovo Central Bank (BQK) to ask for suspension of regulation banning cash operations with Serbia’s Dinar because of the impact it would have on Belgrade payments to its parallel structures in Kosovo, including social allowances to the Serb minority.
