12 indicted in Kosovo over abuse of office and damage to state budget

Prishtina, 31 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Kosovo prosecution said it filed an indictment against total twelve officials and three companies on charges of causing damage to the state budget of total 5,451 euro million euros through public procurements in the ministry of education. “The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment against 12 natural persons and three legal entities for the criminal offenses of ‘Abuse of official position or authority’, ‘Abuse and fraud in public procurement’ and ‘Forgery of documents’, it announced in a press statement.
