Prishtina/Zagreb, 28 August 2025, dtt-net.com – Croatian prosecution of Split town said two persons are detained by the police on charges of espionage, with the local media identifying the first as a former pilot of Croatian forces as part of NATO-led peacekeeping troops in Kosovo and his Kosovan Serb partner working for Serbia-backed network in Kosovo.
According to the Croatian daily index.hr the former pilot is suspected that during his service in Kosovo used to pass sensitive information to his Serb partner over movements of KFOR troops, which then she passed to Serbia-backed organizations members who were later indicted by Kosovo prosecution over attack on Kosovan police in September 2023.
