Brussels, 13 September 2025, dtt-net.com – Albania will Tuesday (September 16) open another cluster with four negotiating chapters in negotiations for membership in the EU, the European bloc announced.
The EU Council said the candidate country will open Cluster 4 (Green agenda and sustainable connectivity), thus bringing the number of clusters opened to five of total six since October 2024 when it opened the first cluster on fundamental rights.
