Podgorica, 22 October 2025, dtt-net.com – The main opposition party in Montenegro has criticized country’s authorities over decision to award highest state order and raise a statue to the late Serbia Church representative Amfilohije Risto Radović, who died five years ago of pneumonia at age 82.

Members of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) expressed disagreement over President Jakov Milatovic and the government decisions to award posthumously and raise statue to Radović, known to the Western Balkans public as cheerleader of Slobodan Milosevic and his criminal enterprise of the ‘90s and other Serb war criminals in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Croatia, and also denier of Srebrenica Genocide and Montenegrin nation.
