Prishtina, 01 December 2025, dtt-net.com – Kosovo’s Special Prosecution Office today filed an indictment in absentia against two former members of Serbia police on charges of war crimes against Kosovan Albanian civilians during the 1998-1999 war of independence from Serbia.
“The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has submitted an indictment to the Basic Court in Prishtina against A.Z. and B.D., for the criminal offense of ‘War crime against the civilian population’,” it said.
