Podgorica, 30 December 2025, dtt-net.com – A Serb junior party member of Montenegro governing coalition today announced departure from government amid disputes and incident which occurred this morning over a wastewater treatment plant to be constructed in a municipality nearby capital of Podgorica.
The leader of the Democratic People’s Party (DNP) Milan Knezevic today said his party will leave the parliamentary majority and will propose to party’s board to make his decision official, following tensions between Zeta municipality inhabitants and police ahead of launch of construction works for the plant in Botun village.
