Prishtina 14 April 2026, dtt-net.com – A former member of Serbia police forces during the 1998-1999 war was arrested Tuesday by Kosovan police on suspicion of war crimes against Albanian civilians during the two-year war of independence from Serbia.
“Kosovo Police respectively Directorate for Investigation of War Crimes with dt. 14.04.2026 in the village of Soqanica of Leposavici, the suspected male Kosovar citizen of Serbian nationality, was arrested on suspicion of committing War Crimes Against Civil Population,” Kosovan police said.
