Brussels, 06 July 2026, dtt-net.com – Albania is expected to close its first three negotiating chapters in EU accession talks next week, Montenegro anther two, and Moldova, and Ukraine two more next week, according to sources.
EU sources told dtt-net.com that representatives of 27 member states are currently discussing about closing chapter 25 (Science and Research): chapter 26 (Education and Culture) and chapter 30 (External relations) with Albania.
On Montenegro, discussions are about closing chapter 8 (Competition) and chapter 29 (Customs Union) on July 14.
