Prishtina/Brussels, 16 July 2026, dtt-net.com – Governments of the EU yesterday appointed Antero Alfarela Oliveira Lopes as Head of Mission of the EU Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX).
According to the decision, Lopes will take the job in August for a period of ten months, succeeding Giovanni Pietro Barbano.
