Tirana, 14 August 2026, dtt-net.com – New protests of Albania citizens in some municipalities against a proposal by the ruling Socialist Party (PS) of the Prime Minister Edi Rama for merger with other municipalities are continuing, while those in capital Tirana against Rama’s insistence on construction plans in coastal areas are at 76th day already.
Divjaka municipality residents tonight went to the streets for 14 consecutive day, opposing proposal of the PS to merge the municipality with Lushnja.
