Brussels, 14 July 2026, dtt-net.com – Albania today closed first three negotiating chapters, and Montenegro two more in EU accession talks.
Albania closed Chapter 25 (Science and Research): Chapter 26 (Education and Culture) and Chapter 30 (External relations), while Montenegro Chapter 8 (Competition) and Chapter 29 (Customs Union).
