Davos/Brussels, 19 January 2023, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, today held discussions with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, over the so much talked 511 km-long planned project – from Albania to Croatia – the Ionian-Adriatic-Pipeline (IAP), over which none of the four Balkan peninsula countries (Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia) have applied for real funding to the EIB EU bank in Luxembourg and the EBRD in London, although few years back some money was spent for partial feasibility studies.
