Tirana, 25 October 2024, dtt-net.com – Albania’s Special Prosecutor’s Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) said it filed charges against lawmaker of the ruling Socialist party (PS), Plarent Ndreca, of alleged “Violation of the equality of participants in public tenders or auctions”, during his post at the interior ministry in 2019.
