Skopje, 23 January 2024, dtt-net.com – Governments of the three countries yesterday signed a protocol for free access to labour market and also a protocol for the interconnection of electronic identification schemes for the citizens of the three, originating from deals signed as part of the ‘Open Balkan’ project between Tirana, Belgrade and Skopje authorities.
