Albania opposition announces protest over PM’s electoral “monstrous crimes” (Video)

Tirana, 13 May 2025, dtt-net.com – The leader of Albanian opposition Democratic Party (PD) and former Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, today announced a street protest for May 16 in capital Tirana, the same day of the EU and membership candidate country’s leaders’ Summit in the town, against what he called electoral “monstrous crimes” of the Prime Minister Edi Rama and his Socialist Party (PS), alleging multiple electoral irregularities, including vote buying, as according to the election commission’s preliminary results of May 11 vote the latter will have more than half of seats in the 140-seat parliament.
