Tirana, 09 July 2025, dtt-net.com – The head of the Democratic Party of Albania (PD), Sali Berisha, today accused the Prime Minister Edi Rama and his ruling Socialist Party (PD) of abusing with DHL postal services to manipulate Diaspora voting ballots, as the opposition continues presenting alleged evidence of multiple irregularities related to the May 11 parliamentary elections.
Berisha showed in press conference through a video presentation receipts of delayed delivery of voting ballots to Diaspora members in Greece through DHL after the date of elections or a day before , which he says is deliberately done Rama’s PS people in coordination with DHL employees in Albania.
