Tirana, 17 April 2024, dtt-net.com – The Appellate Chamber of Albania’s Special Court on Corruption and Organized Crime today upheld the house arrest ruling on the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, where he was sent since late December on the request of the prosecution over alleged “passive corruption” during his 2005-2009 mandate which he denies.
