Sarajevo, 31 January 2024, dtt-net.com – The House of People of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) under urgent procedure today followed the House of Representatives in adopting amendments to the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council (HJPC), which is part of many other reforms in the rule of law and judiciary that the country needs to undertake in order to qualify for launching EU accession negotiations.
