Sarajevo/Brussels, 04 October 2023, dtt-net.com- The Foreign Affairs Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Elmedin Konakovic says in a letter sent to top EU officials that the country should be rewarded by opening membership negotiations by year’s end for reforms it has done since formation of current government earlier this year.
