Bosnia’s minister proposes January 9 be declared “Day of Mourning”, as Serb entity celebrates it as its ‘National Day’ unconstitutionally

Sarajevo, 08 January 2025, dtt-net.com – Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH) Bosniak Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmedin Konakovic, today proposed to country’s government that January 9, which is celebrated in Serb entity as ‘National Day’ of the entity although declared unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court, be declared ‘Day of Mourning’ in the whole territory of the country.
