Bled/Brussels, 28 August 2023, dtt-net.com – Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov today reiterated calls of his country and the EU to North Macedonia to make constitutional changes for inclusion of Bulgarian community in it, which Skopje needs for continuing membership negotiations with the European bloc but is not being able to do so because of lack of sufficient votes in the parliament.
