Belgrade, 02 January 2026, dtt-net.com – Serbia is set to start construction works of a pipeline to Hungary to get Russian crude oil this year, and the company in charge of the project has made the public call for the project.
The decision between the governments of Serbia and Hungary for the pipeline came after in 2022 the EU decided to ban Russian oil shipments and as consequence to the Croat Terminal from where Serbia got through the Janaf pipeline Russian oil.
