Sarajevo, 05 September 2024, dtt-net.com – The Prime Minister of Croatia, Andrej Plenkovic, expressed his disapproval of the 2009 ruling of the European Court for Human Rights (ECHR), known as the ‘Sejdic-Finci case”, which calls for granting minority representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) the right to run for top positions in country’s central institutions, and also several other rulings which blast the current election system in the EU candidate country from the Western Balkans country.
