Podgorica/Brussels, 12 April 2023, dtt-net.com – Russian Beluga brand vodka, one of all other brands of vodka produced in Russia banned by the EU last year amid sanctions on Russia over military aggression against Ukraine, started today to be produced in Montenegro through a new investment from a Russian company linked to the one in Russia and to be exported worldwide, including in European countries.

The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, attended the official opening of the factory and start of the production, saying that Beluga Montenegro brand will be exported to European countries and beyond.

The opening ceremony today of the factory was also attended by the investor and founder of Noblewood Adriatic (located in Tivat town in Montenegro), Aleksandar Mechetin, who was CEO and major shareholder of Beluga Group until December 2022, whom Abazovic already hosted in his office on February 15 over the new factory deal.
