Brussels, 16 April 2025, dtt-net.com – Kosovo, Bangladesh, Colombia, Egypt, India, Morocco and Tunisia are proposed today by the European Commission (EC) to be the countries in the first EU joint list of “safe countries of origine”, which would see their asylum applications treated within 3 months, with the aim of accelerating their deportation back home when applications are rejected.
