Brussels/Prishtina/Belgrade, dtt-net.com – The EU mediator of Kosovo-Serbia negotiations, Miroslav Lajcak told Belgrade media that he believes that Kosovan Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will accept (formally) the proposal for an agreement and then move to the implementation plan proposal, with the talks about the model of ‘Association’ – autonomous body – for ten Serb-predominantly municipalities then to be at the centre of further negotiations.
