Prishtina, 14 May 2025, dtt-net.com – The European Council President, Antonio Kosta, today in capital Prishtina called for “tangible progress” in the stalled EU-mediated negotiations between Kosovo and Serbia, following the 2023 unsigned agreement which focuses on the formation of much contested autonomous body for Serbia-backed Kosovo Serb minority, and which many in Kosovo say would transform the country into a second Bosnia and Herzegovina-type of dysfunctional state in the troubled Western Balkans region.
