Brussels, 02 September 2025, dtt-net.com – The European Union refuses to clarify its steps over eventual veto by Russia at the United Nations Security Council on extension of EU’s peacekeeping force EUFO-ALTHEA in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), after the secessionist leader of Serbs is about to ask Moscow to block renewal of mission’s mandate for another 12 months.
Milorad Dodik said last week that he will ask Russian government to vote against renewal of EUFOR-ALTHEA mandate at the top world body, while the EU is refusing to clarify for the time being its next steps related to the mission in case of veto.
