Belgrade/Prishtina, 14 February 2024, dtt-net.com – The USA President Joe Biden in his letter to Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic on the occasion of Serbia statehood day (15 February) didn’t call for a deal with Kosovo based on mutual recognition, as he didn’t the last year neither.
Last time Biden called Vucic for a deal through EU-mediated talks based on mutual recognition between the two countries was in the letter of 2022.
